TWO COOKIES AND CREAM ICE CREAM
By: Creamline Chelsea
The knockout cookie combination and the extra-rich flavor dried milk gives the ice cream can rival the most indulgent combination.
Ingredients: Makes about 5 cups (1.2L)
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
¼ cups (17g) dried milk powder
1 ½ cups (135g) crushed Oreo cookies
¼ cup (30g) crushed Biscoff cookies
1 ½ cups (360 ml) whole milk
1 ½ cups (360 ml) heavy cream
Directions:
1. In a bowl, thoroughly mix the sugar, salt, milk powder, Oreos, and Biskoff cookies.
2. Whisk in the whole milk. Once the milk powder has completely dissolved, add the cream.
3. Mix thoroughly, then pour the liquid into an ice cream/ gelato machine and churn according to instructions. You can also freeze in a bowl until frozen.
