Tres Leches Cake

Ingredients:
Tres Leches Cake:
6 Eggs
200 grams Granulated Sugar
200 grams Flour
1 tsp Vanilla
12 oz. Condensation Milk
12 oz. Evaporated Milk
1/2 quart Heavy Cream
Icing:
1/4 quart Heavy Cream
Powdered sugar 2 Tbs
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325°F and prepare a 13x9 inch or 8x8 inch pan by greasing and flouring it.
Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
Beat the eggs one at a time until fluffy, then add sugar, melted butter, and vanilla, mixing well.
Add the flour mixture in batches and fold gently until combined. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Let the cake cool completely, then poke holes all over with a toothpick or fork.
Whisk together condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream, and vanilla to make the mixture.
Pour the milk mixture over the cake and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Make the frosting by mixing heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
Spread frosting over the cake and enjoy!
Note: Depending on personal preference, you can warm or mix the milk mixture without warming it.
