Eat Offbeat
Eat Offbeat is a social impact food company whose menu is entirely conceived and prepared by a team of refugees and minority immigrants from around the world who now live in New York City. It was founded two years after Founder & CEO Manal Kahi immigrated to New York from Lebanon. Disappointed by the hummus selection in local grocery stores and around the city, Kahi decided to start creating and selling her own hummus, understanding the quality of food made with love and authentic recipes straight from her home country was substantially better. Bringing the best global home-cooking from around the world to New York, Eat Offbeat is committed to incorporating different cultures into its kitchen, promising authentic recipes and a delicious mix of flavors.
