Join Jing Gao for a talk and signing of her debut cookbook, "Book of Sichuan Chili Crisp" at Pearl River Mart Foods in Chelsea Market. The evening will begin in the Maker's Studio in Chelsea Market for the book talk and signing and then move downstairs to Pearl River Food Mart for food and drinks, sponsored by Fly By Jing, Sanzo, and Nectar.

NOTE: The Maker's Studio book talk & signing is a smaller space and limited to 75 people, so be sure to RSVP. The After Party is open to everyone, so bring your friends!
