This Earth Day, Chelsea Market is focusing on sustainable farming and food justice. In collaboration with local nonprofit Chelsea CSA and Stoneledge Farm, visitors to Chelsea Market can partner to provide fresh, weekly produce to members of our community. On Friday, April 22nd, meet the volunteers and participate in the growth of local agriculture. Chelsea Market will offer cherry tomato and lettuce seed packets for sale. Each seed packet purchased will aid in providing sponsored produce to the neighborhood, in the form of a donated crop.

While growing their seeds at home, participants are encouraged to watch the growth of their donated crop as well. By signing up for our newsletter, subscribers will receive email updates on the planting, harvesting, and donation of their contribution throughout the year, along with a Chelsea Market recipe featuring the Earth Day produce. 

Packets are 'pay what you wish,' and 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Chelsea CSA.
