Dinner will take place at our Butcher Shop & Restaurant located on the lower level of Chelsea Market.
Please arrive at 7:00 for a drink & snack before we ascend to Dry-Aged Beef Heaven.
All steaks will be served Medium Rare (Due to the event format, other cooking temps are not possible).
