Rachel Simons
Seed + Mill was founded by Rachel Simons, an Australian, who moved to New York with her family 5 years ago. Rachel is a passionate foodie who loves to travel, cook, eat and invite friends and family into her home and store at Chelsea Market to enjoy delicious meals and hospitality. Rachel is also a director and founding member of Australia's first social enterprise bakery, The Bread & Butter Project and a mom to two kids and her dog, Buddy!
