About Me: My friends call me "Food Network Wanna Be". My first experience with Chelsea Market was great. Strolling through the market and having my all senses awakened to the smell of fresh baked bread, witnessing the preparation process, enjoying the sound of the water fall, touching the stone seating and wine tasting. It was also special in knowing I was shopping in the place of my favorite Food Network stars. It's also a cooks haven. I love the variety of food preparation items, specialty foods and beverages, the markets produce and seafood stores. I enjoy the creativity of cooking, especially trying new recipes. Sometimes I don't stay true to the original recipe I go off on spice tangents and make it my own. I just have to remember to write down what I changed so I can do it again.lol.
