Owner Mary Cleaver is a pioneer in the sustainable food movement, and her catering company, Cleaver Co., is New York City?s preeminent green caterer.

The Green Table, Mary?s restaurant venture at Chelsea Market, is the natural extension of her catering arm. The Green Table has quickly become one of the Market?s most treasured eateries. From farm to table, The Green Table?s daily menu reflects what is freshest and in season at local farms and greenmarkets. Their wine and beer lists are comprised of sustainable local offerings such as the Wiemer and Wolffer wines from NY State and organic beers from Vermont.
