What began as a one- day experiment between friends in 2008 has evolved into a popular, ever-changing palette of appealing seasonal flavors. The yummy pops are still made by the original three friends who believe that fresh, local ingredients are the key to fantastic-tasting ice-pops and shave-ice. The new kiosk in Chelsea Market offers pops and shaved ice for your enjoyment in-store or take-home, as well as catering, wholesale and delivery services year-round.
