In 2011, the first Miznon opened its doors in Tel Aviv, subsequently expanding to locations in Paris, Vienna, Melbourne and in 2018, to the heart of Chelsea Market in New York City. Drawing from fresh and seasonally inspired ingredients as our main source of inspiration, we strive to create a new kind of Mediterranean street food. Our vision is to capture the flavor and ethos of each city—the groove, the longings, the limitations, the beauty, the art, the food—and translate it into a pita.
