Join Manhattan Fruit in their space down in the Chelsea Local for this 4 class nutrition series that focuses on the top superfoods you need to start eating now to increase your nutrient + energy levels throughout the day. Jacquie Smith, Nutritionist + Founder of Little Adapts By Jax, will teach you using your senses to learn about each food well as sample a healthy recipe she’s created at the end of each class. You will learn that eating healthy doesn’t have to be difficult, especially if you have access to fresh produce like we do at Manhattan Fruit Market.
