A graduate of Hot Bread Kitchen’s culinary incubator, Hiyaw will give you and overview of Ethiopian food and an inside look into running a food business in New York City, followed by dinner. Located at Hot Bread Kitchen at Chelsea Market, Gorsha was featured on Grub Street’s Food Agenda.
