Along with the imminent arrival of spring, Josh and Ori will be demonstrating cooking techniques in the Chelsea Market Concourse...again! If you missed our first demo, wine tasting and recipe free-for-all, you can check it out here. Now, for our second ever Chelsea Market Cooking Demo, we are so excited to showcase some of the bounty that springs from the ground (and the sea) this time of year.
The event 'NOW WE'RE GONNA GRILL' will take place between 1pm - 4pm (April 10th). The menu will feature pan-grilled fish tacos with salsas, sauces and a springtime slaw to top it off. Tastes and recipes will be given and, as always, questions are welcome.
